Welcome IoT Weekly News readers! While winter has hit and it's cold here in Minnesota, the IoT continues to heat up.
Our lead story is just hitting the wires as this issue goes out is about Google stepping up their game in the connected devices world. This is very interesting move and something that we will continue to watch and cover in future issue I'm sure. I was also blessed that an application that our team helped to develop for a client was covered in the local news. More details about that are in the second article below. I think you might might find it to be a unique use of Beacon technology.
I also included a few other stories on business, consumer and wearables and end the issue off with a survey and projection of IoT 2017-2027. Hope you enjoy this issue and please tweet it to your followers!
